Frequently Asked Questions
Some Chauffeurs I have used in the past were not as I expected, can you give me an idea of standard of service I would expect to see from your Chauffeur ?
All our Chauffeurs:
* Do not smoke, nor do we permit smoking in our vehicles
* Are well presented. Both hygienly and in smartly dressed business attire.
* Will drive safely keeping within the speed limits of the road and obeying road regulations at all times.
* Will have prepared the route well in advance also taking into consideration any roadworks and traffic congestion along the way and not relying totally on satellite navigation.
* Will be reliable and arrive at pick-up early, but if we are delayed in traffic will call you to keep you uptodate.
* Will keep their vehicles in a clean and tidy state at all times.
